Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to manage Windows Server and workstation environments, ensuring availability, security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. This role includes system administration, patch management, troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, virtualization support, and backup operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
  • Perform operating system, application, and security patch management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system, hardware, and application issues.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
  • Manage Group Policy and Windows Server Update Services.
  • Provide technical support for VMware-based virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
  • Perform system backups, recovery procedures, and data integrity checks.
  • Maintain system security configurations according to organizational standards.
  • Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting activities.
