Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost effectiveness
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

Requirements:
