We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer - Level 4 to join our dynamic team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary technical interface to the customer, working on a small, on-site team within the customer facility.
  • Administer and maintain VMware environments, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtualized resources.
  • Perform Windows Server and workstation administration, including patching, configuration, and health monitoring.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory services, including user, group, and policy management.
  • Install, integrate, and troubleshoot software baselines, including the Minotaur baseline, in an operational environment.
  • Independently diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
  • Experience working in customer facility on small team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Program primary customer interface experience
  • VMWare Admin experience
  • Windows Server and workstation Admin experience
  • Windows Active Directory Admin experience
  • SW installation/Integration experience
  • SW troubleshooting experience
  • Working knowledge of Installation/Integration Minotaur baseline

Preferred Qualifications
  • Kubernetes troubleshooting experience
  • Deploying/maintaining systems within DoD secure environments
  • Monitor/Maintain Cyber tools
  • Encryption Device management/troubleshooting
  • Network device (Router, Switch, FW) management/troubleshooting
  • Full Scope Clearance
  • SAP Clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
