Location: Colorado
Employment: Type: Full-Time
Travel: 60%+
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving in real-world environments, and building strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do
  • Install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and performance
  • Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end users
  • Document service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability
What We're Looking For
  • Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work independently
  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience with industrial, medical, or automation equipment
  • Knowledge of PLCs, networking, or control systems
