Note :Candidates should have experience with MES OR  IM/WM/EWM areas. Not necessary to be an expert in all areas listed below.

Position Summary

  • We are seeking 2–3 IT Business Analysts with SAP experience to support global pharma manufacturing organization. The role will focus on the second and third release phases of a large-scale manufacturing transformation program, with significant impact across five manufacturing sites. The IT BA’s will work closely with business stakeholders, the System Integrator, and internal IT teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that enable efficient manufacturing execution and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the IT liaison for business stakeholders, representing IT in workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Translate business user stories into technical user stories and ensure alignment with system integrators (Accenture).
  • Support solution design and testing for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP eWM integrations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, business users, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery of releases.
  • Serve as the technical spokesperson for the client, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs.
  • Drive and coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites.
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, orSAP IM/WM and eWM modules.
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed in line with program timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5  years of SAP Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries.
  • Strong background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing.
  • Expertise in one of the following domains:
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, OR SAP IM/WM and eWM.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP-based solutions and strong understanding of ERP/MES landscapes.
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and manage user stories and functional requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with system integrators (Accenture or similar).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and testing leadership skills.
