The Opportunity:
As a CACI Data Scientist Operations Integrator working at MARFORSOUTH, you will leverage expertise in the Maven Smart System, Foundry, and Gaia to drive mission-critical innovation. By bridging technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, you will ensure seamless integration, effective training, and impactful use case development. The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
โ€ข Integrate advanced technologies into existing Command and Control (COP) and Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) systems and foster collaboration with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with operational needs.
โ€ข Modernize COP/CIP systems to enhance decision support capabilities.
โ€ข Develop and curate use cases for the Maven Smart System in close collaboration with stakeholders.
โ€ข Provide expertise in the integration and training of advanced systems to improve operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and curate advanced use cases for the Maven Smart System.
โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions tailored to business needs.
โ€ข Enhance situational awareness by integrating modern technologies into COP and CIP systems.
โ€ข Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives.
โ€ข Conduct training sessions and offer technical support for the Maven Smart System, Foundry, and Gaia.
โ€ข Lead the integration of the Maven Smart System with other operational tools.
โ€ข Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements.
โ€ข Provide updates and gather feedback on use case development, training efforts, and system integration.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Current Secret Clearance and eligible for TS/SCI Upgrade.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in data science or data engineering. Equivalent combinations of education and specialized experience, such as an Associate degree with 7 years of experience, or more than 11 years of recent specialized experience will also be considered.
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gaia.
โ€ข Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence principles.
โ€ข Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
โ€ข Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

โ€ข Experience with data analytics and AI in support of Geographic Combatant Command operations.
โ€ข Familiarity with COP/CIP systems and related modernization efforts.
