Enterprise Systems Integration ManagerPosition Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee enterprise system integrations and manage a team responsible for connecting business applications, improving data flow, and supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise integration strategy and architecture.
  • Manage integration projects, priorities, and technical resources.
  • Oversee integrations between internal business systems and third-party partners.
  • Establish integration standards, governance, and operational support.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support enterprise technology initiatives.
Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of enterprise systems integration experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, EDI, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and other enterprise business systems.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with cloud technologies and integration platforms.
  • Background supporting supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Agile experience and relevant technical certifications.
