We are seeking a highly motivated entry level Information Technology professional to join its EV battery Technology team. This position is a diverse group of engineers and scientists working to develop EV battery system techniques using robotics, inspection, and data acquisition equipment. We are seeking a candidate to support the hardware, software, and network infrastructure required for these development operations. Train and develop staff for success in the company goals and for future opportunities. Create a positive and highly effective working environment based on mutual respect and a shared goal of being the number one supplier to our customers. Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with both internal departments as well as external resources. Coach all employees for success and improvement. Proactively watch and take advantage of coaching opportunities as they present themselves. Provide frequent feedback to employees, sharing expectations and enforcing accountability. Collaborate with support areas to ensure Safety, Quality and Cost demands are met. Own the performance of the maintenance area in safety, quality, equipment care, efficiency, innovation, capability and productivity.
Job Responsibility:
  • Performs responsibilities of conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment and their controls to ensure operation of machinery
  • Support of various hardware types including Automation tools, networking hardware, scientific laboratory equipment, and industrial computers. Support including but not limited to procurement, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicates directly with the production department to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work in production areas
  • Collaborate with engineering team on the installation and development of industrial control systems
  • Technician is responsible for keeping the records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
  • Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues
  • Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements
  • Prepares and maintains maintenance related documents; daily report and check sheet
  • Working schedule can be changed - Day time or Night time
  • Employees may be required to work beyond standard hours
  • Flexible work with weekend if possible

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred Chemical, Industrial, information system, information science, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related), or High school diploma/GED.
  • Industrial Maintenance Journeyman's certificate or equivalent preferred.
  • Understanding of Production and Processing equipment.
  • Direct, coordinate, lead and mentor the activities of team members.
  • Experience with the management, maintenance, support, upgrade and administration of a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Prepares and manages a periodic preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Technician is responsible for keeping the records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works.
  • Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues.
  • Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements.
  • Prepares and maintains maintenance related documents; daily report and check sheet.
  • Other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
