︎ Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Consulting
  • Provide IT infrastructure consulting services for enterprise clients.
  • Support infrastructure planning for merger and acquisition (M&A) projects.
  • Analyze clients' business requirements and recommend infrastructure solutions.
  • Conduct technology assessments and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure implementation projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal teams, customers, and vendors throughout project execution.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status reports.
  • Lead quality assurance activities and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage vendors and external partners.
Projects may include:

  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Printer Servers, Radius Servers, and monitoring systems.
  • Maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments.
  • Manage Data Center and Colocation services.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).
  • Implement and manage security solutions including MFA and EDR/MDR.
  • Perform system performance assessments and security audits.
  • Support ERP platform administration and historical data management.

Leadership
  • Support the Division Manager in achieving departmental goals.
  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
