About the Role

Embark on a new career journey as a Electro Mechanical Repair Technician, where you will be part of a team building transformers and power supplies for military and industrial applications. As a Lead Soldering repair Technician, you will perform high-precision assembly, disassembly, and rework of electro-mechanical devices.

This role is an important part of our manufacturing operations and requires strong soldering skills and careful attention to detail to ensure product reliability. These products support both commercial applications and critical military missions.

By joining our team, you’ll contribute to meaningful work that supports those on the front lines while also helping deliver high-performance industrial solutions that drive innovation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Assembly & Repair

  • Solder and desolder electronic components (through-hole and surface mount).

  • Build and assemble products by following drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

  • Troubleshoot and fix common issues like solder bridges or misaligned components.

  • Support rework and repair of circuit boards without damaging parts.

Quality & Care

  • Follow clear quality standards and safety guidelines.

  • Work with ESD-sensitive components using proper handling procedures.

  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.

  • Complete cleaning and masking steps when needed for coating processes.

Inspection & Documentation

  • Inspect your work using magnification tools or microscopes.

  • Record repair details in our system to ensure accurate tracking and traceability.

Team & Operational Support

  • Help identify needed parts and maintain tools and soldering equipment.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve problems.

  • Take on additional tasks or training as production needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be US citizen with ability to secure a US Government security clearance; Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to export controlled data.
  • Ability to sit frequently and use hands for fine manipulation; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing or production environment.
  • Technical training or certifications (IPC or J-STD).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex work instructions and technical drawings.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as production schedules require.
