We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to manage and evolve our hybrid infrastructure spanning on\-premises servers, cloud\-based environments, and 15 locations. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our IT systems while supporting a growing internal development team and scaling business needs.\n

Infrastructure & Operations\n
<\/p>\n

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)\n
<\/p>\n

Manage Azure infrastructure: VMs, storage, networking, and backups\n
<\/p>\n

Maintain system patching, imaging, and configuration baselines\n
<\/p>\n

Oversee backup\/DR systems and strategies (on\-prem + cloud)\n
<\/p>\n

Manage monitoring and alerting tools for performance and uptime\n
<\/p>\n

Document infrastructure, standard operating procedures, and operational runbooks\n
<\/p>\n

\n
\n <\/p>\n

Security & Compliance\n
<\/p>\n

Implement and enforce system hardening, least privilege, and RBAC practices\n
<\/p>\n

Support Conditional Access, and MFA\n
<\/p>\n

Work with team to address vulnerabilities and audit findings\n
<\/p>\n

Enforce compliance efforts (e.g., password policies, account reviews)\n
<\/p>\n

Update asset inventory\n
<\/p>\n

Collaboration & Support\n

Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues\n
<\/p>\n

Support internal team with environments, networking, and deployments\n
<\/p>\n

Provide general IT Support to team as needed\n

Participate in IT projects: migrations, upgrades, new site rollouts\n
<\/p>\n

Mentor junior admins and support staff; advocate best practices\n

5+ years experience in a systems administration role\n
<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and Active Directory\n
<\/p>\n

Experience with Azure infrastructure and hybrid environments\n
<\/p>\n

Familiarity with Group Policy\n
<\/p>\n

Experience with backups (Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.)\n
<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of VMWare\n
<\/p>\n

Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills\n
<\/p>\n

Experience with IIS\n
<\/p>\n

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server\n
<\/p>\n

Nice\-to\-Have:\n

Exposure to M365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)\n
<\/p>\n

Familiarity with identity tools (Entra ID, conditional access)\n
<\/p>\n

Networking fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls)\n

Familiarity with MDM's (AirWatch, Intune, Soti)\n
<\/p>\n

Familiarity with Cisco Switches\n
