Quality Systems Associate/Specialist

Smith Brothers Tool Company is seeking a Quality Systems Associate/Specialist to support our quality management system and help ensure our products meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role will assist with QMS documentation, internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), nonconformance handling, and quality data analysisina manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. **Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting

  1. **Other Duties as Assigned

**Experience

**

Tailor based on Associate vs. Specialist level:

  • **Quality Systems Associate (entry to mid):

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of quality management principles and tools (e.g., PDCA, SPC, root cause analysis).
