Recruitment AdministratorThe Recruitment Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role is responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, posting job opportunities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Administrator works closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to support the timely and efficient hiring of skilled trades, field, and corporate personnel for construction projects and office operations.What You Will Be Working On

Recruitment Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

  • Send interview invitations and candidate communications.

  • Assist with candidate screening activities as directed by recruiters.

  • Support hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment process.

  • Monitor recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries.

Job Posting & Applicant Tracking

  • Create and post job advertisements on internal and external job boards.

  • Maintain and update requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Track candidate applications and recruitment activities.

  • Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and updated.

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.

  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring decisions.

What We Are Looking For

Education
