You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, enhance security, and automate workflows across development, testing, and production environments. Bachelor's Degree

Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud Computing, ect.

General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.

• Manage and maintain Unix/Linux servers and systems
• Implement and manage automation tools for deployment
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with development and operations teams
• Ensure system security and compliance
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures

• Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware)
• Expertise in high-availability systems and disaster recovery
