You will also handle system updates, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, address technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep our systems running smoothly. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to install, configure, and maintain systems
• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Capacity for troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures
• Ability to ensure system security and data protection
• Strong communication and documentation skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with cloud-based systems management
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with network configurations and monitoring
• Familiarity with system performance tuning

DESIRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)
• Familiarity with database administration
• Understanding of disaster recovery planning
