About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced UNIX/Wintel System Administrator to manage and maintain our critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both UNIX and Windows environments, with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, storage, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain UNIX and Wintel systems.
Develop and implement scripting solutions (Python, Perl, or Shell).
Manage storage environments and file systems.
Configure and troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, UDP).
Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures.
Perform detailed system troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Ensure system security and performance.
Essential Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
