Job description

iMBranded is one of the nation’s leading providers of facility imaging programs. We are a full-service manufacturer of fixtures, furniture and graphic products specializing in the retail automotive segment with OEMs and the dealer network. Given our growth we are currently in search of a Network/Systems Administrator to support our current workload. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a World class work environment!

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the operation and security of the company’s computer network system by analyzing and resolving issues with complex systems consisting of servers, desktop workstations, and mobile devices. Provide support for operating systems, networks, information security, storage systems as defined by departmental requirements. Maintain and monitor the infrastructure environment. Deploy the release of new technologies as well as install, configure, maintain and perform testing of operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems. Coordinate and work on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects. Support multiple systems or applications of low to high complexity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to)

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all Help Desk and System Support needs
  • Microsoft 365 Administration with emphasis on Security
  • Maintain information management process, procedures and best practices to ensure data is protected through appropriate security, redundancy, and backups
  • Work with IT Manager and Systems Engineer in supporting desktop workstations, mobile devices including MAC and PC. Server and networks including performing software/server upgrades.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining operational documentation of core IT servers and services
  • Maintain remote access services to enable remote workers
  • Ensure IT systems are compliant and consistent with applicable regulations 
  • Maintain desktop workstation standards and best practices
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
  • Participate in short- and long-term planning efforts with stakeholders and IT groups
  • Work with IT Manager to understand business needs
  • Participate in the evaluation of future technologies and help make recommendations for software and hardware upgrades

 

REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to)

  • Requires an Associate’s degree in Network Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field experience equivalent. Certifications a plus
  • 2-3 Years of work-related experience
  • IT Helpdesk & Service Ticketing Systems knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to complete job tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a faced paced environment

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • CompTIA Certifications (A+) or other equivalent
  • VMWare Administration and Configuration
  • Microsoft Azure Administration and Configuration
  • Manufacturing Environment experience
