Tittle – FICO CCS (Corporate Cash Services) SME

Location – Boston, MA

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced FICO CCS (Corporate Cash Services) SME to provide functional expertise across cash management, payments, treasury services, and banking operations. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert supporting business analysis, system enhancements, testing, production support, and stakeholder engagement within a bank’s payment and cash services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary FICO CCS functional SME for cash management applications and related banking platforms.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Support application enhancements, implementations, testing, and production issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and product teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide functional expertise across cash management, treasury services, payment processing, and transaction operations.
  • Support project delivery, defect management, regulatory compliance, and change management activities.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, solution validation, UAT, defect triage, and production support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business issues and translate them into effective functional solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong functional expertise in FICO CCS (Corporate Cash Services) and banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management and treasury services.
  • Understanding of payments, ACH, wire transfers, and transaction processing.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, testing, and production support.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, or Cash Services.
  • Experience working with large financial institutions.
  • Exposure to payment systems, treasury platforms, ACH processing, wire transfers, and cash management solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise banking applications and payment-related transformation initiatives.
