Your Role in Synergy's SuccessWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Synergy US corporate functions including IT, Commercial, R&D, and Finance. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance while also contributing to key HR initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate brings broad HR expertise and a hands-on mindset, with the ability to support both day-to-day HR partnership and larger HR initiatives across areas such as Total Rewards, HRIS, and organizational programs.
This is a full time, contract assignment.How You Will ContributeKey Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

  • Partner with leaders across IT, Commercial, R&D, and Finance to support organizational and talent priorities

  • Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, performance management, and team development

  • Support leaders with employee relations and coaching

  • Own day to day HR operations for respective client groups

HR Initiatives & Projects

  • Contribute to local and global HR initiatives across the organization

  • Support programs related to Total Rewards and HR processes

  • Participate in HRIS enhancements

  • Lead or support special HR projects, as needed

Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles

  • Experience supporting corporate or professional functions (IT, Finance, R&D, Commercial teams)

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR operations

  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)

  • Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred Skills
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment

  • Able to support both operational HR needs and project-based initiatives

  • Experience contributing to HR programs at a multi-site or global level
