As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Transaction Manager (Vice President) to join our Jacksonville office and play a key role in managing a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions.


The Opportunity


This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile syndicated loan transactions while building strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel and other market participants.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of transactions, ensuring exceptional client service and the efficient execution of all agency responsibilities throughout the transaction lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions from closing through ongoing administration
  • Review and interpret loan, finance and security documentation
  • Monitor covenant compliance through the collection and analysis of financial statements and reporting packages
  • Coordinate the timely distribution of required information and transaction notices to lender groups
  • Facilitate amendments, waivers, consents and lender voting processes
  • Manage obligor accessions and other transaction-related events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders and transaction counterparties
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service standards
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure transactions are administered accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate KYC requirements for new obligors and liaise closely with Compliance teams
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems including OneView, Trello and DebtDomain
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events and business development initiatives
  • Support team projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all GLAS policies and procedures


What We're Looking For


  • Experience within Loan Agency, Syndicated Loan Administration, Credit Administration, Debt Markets or related financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of syndicated loan documentation and transaction lifecycles
  • Experience analysing financial statements and covenant compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline preferred
