Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners.
  • Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes. Educate prospects, clients and internal partners on same.
  • Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes with legal, credit, portfolio, operations, and underwriting teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Established network within the broader investor and banking communities.

Preferred Experience:
  • Master of Business Administration.
