Job description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Lead with strong expertise in Life Sciences commercial data to lead enterprise Master Data Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Siperian) and deep domain knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, and Fingertip Formulary (F14).

This role will drive data standardization, governance, and integration across customer, product, and payer data domains to enable advanced analytics and commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MDM solution design, development, and implementation using Informatica MDM

Define and implement data models, hierarchies, match-merge rules, and survivorship logic

Integrate and harmonize data from IQVIA, Symphony Health, F14, CRM, and other commercial data sources

Design and manage customer (HCP/HCO), product, and payer master data domains

Partner with business stakeholders to define data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and stewardship processes

Oversee data ingestion, cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication processes

Collaborate with downstream systems (Salesforce, data lakes, analytics platforms) to ensure reliable data delivery

Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to MDM development teams

Drive best practices for data quality, metadata management, and compliance (HIPAA, regulatory standards)

Support analytics use cases like patient journey, segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel engagement

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Data Management / MDM, with at least 5+ years in Informatica MDM

Hands-on expertise in:

Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Siperian)

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and PowerCenter / IICS

Strong experience with Life Sciences commercial datasets, including:

IQVIA (Xponent, OneKey, etc.)

Symphony Health datasets

F14 (Formulary / payer data)

Deep understanding of:

HCP/HCO data models

Customer 360 and Golden Record concepts

Data stewardship and governance

Experience in data integration, ETL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Strong SQL and data modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with pharma/biotech commercial analytics teams

Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud / Veeva CRM integrations

Knowledge of data lakes (S3, Redshift, Snowflake) and big data frameworks

Familiarity with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, etc.)

Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases
