In dieser Schlüsselrolle sichern Sie die regulatorische Compliance für das gesamte Produktportfolio von Boston Scientific, unterstützen die Erreichung regionaler Geschäftsziele und haben einen besonderen Fokus auf den Schweizer Markt.

Verantwortungsbereich
  • Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu nationalen Zulassungs‑ und Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Ansprechpartner*in für regulatorische Fragestellungen der lokalen Managementteams
  • Verantwortung für regulatorische Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit den Anforderungen an Schweizer Importeure und Bevollmächtigte gemäß geltender Schweizer Medizinproduktevorschriften
  • Funktion als verantwortliche Person für Swissdamed sowie zentrale interne und externe Ansprechperson für regulatorische Themen in der Schweiz
  • Fristgerechte und rechtskonforme Durchführung regulatorischer Aktivitäten vor und nach der Markteinführung
  • Unterstützung bei Audits und Behördeninspektionen durch Bereitstellung regulatorischer Expertise und Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams bei regulatorischen Projekten
  • Repräsentation von Boston Scientific in Branchenverbänden und Unterstützung regulatorischer Interessenvertretung
  • Leitung oder Mitwirkung an komplexen Projekten sowie Optimierung regulatorischer Prozesse und Abläufe in der Region
Kompetenzprofil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs für Medizinprodukte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des europäischen regulatorischen Umfelds, insbesondere der Schweizer Anforderungen
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, belastbare Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufzubauen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations‑ und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erfahrung in einer matrixorganisierten, dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung mit mehreren Prioritäten
