Job description

Job Summary


The expected pay rate is $25/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays. 

Your activities

  • Greet and engage customers with a smile in accordance with hospitality standards
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and SOPs
  • Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking orders
  • Restock and maintain par levels, practicing FIFO rotation standards
  • Buss and sanitize tables, wash dishes and dispose of trash following all SOPs
  • Clean and wipe down surfaces, maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
  • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors as needed or as instructed
  • Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and organization of inventory
  • Bid passengers a farewell and encourage their return
  • Other duties as assigned 

Your profile

  • Bartenders must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in bartending or similar role within the food or beverage industry required
  • Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques and bar equipment 
  • Good command of the English language both verbal and written 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Reliable transportation to and from the airport 
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8-10 hrs.); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching 
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and willingness to get along with co-workers 
  • Ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check 
  • Food Handler’s license and Responsible Beverage Service license or the ability to obtain
  • Willingness to work early mornings, late nights and/or weekends and holidays
