Job description

Title: PMP WH Automation
Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX
Duration: 20 months
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
  • Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, and budget with input from IT, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Monitor timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Oversee integration of Exotec robotics, Hy-Tek IntraOne (WES/WCS), and SAP systems (EWM, IM/MM).
  • Act as main point of contact for vendors (Exotec, Hy-Tek, SAP), ensuring aligned milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain project records, progress reports, executive summaries, and issue logs.
  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change impacts across teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover, complete final documentation, support benefit tracking and lessons-learned reviews.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in robotic picking systems, WES/WCS, or AS/RS
  • 2+ years in ERP/WMS deployment, ideally with SAP
  • Experience managing API or middleware-based integrations
  • Experience in warehouse buildouts or MHE infrastructure
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • SAP knowledge (EWM, IM/MM) or similar enterprise WMS
  • Familiarity with robotics/automation vendors: Exotec, Hy-Tek, Vertique, Swisslog, Dematic
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite during implementation phases
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
