Job description

We’re looking for a motivated CNC Swiss Set-Up Operator I to join our team! In this role, you’ll help set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce high-precision components. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who’s eager to learn and grow in machining.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with setting up CNC Swiss machines, including loading materials, securing parts, and installing tooling
  • Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Support machine operation to produce parts with tight tolerances and complex geometries
  • Gain exposure to basic CNC programming (offsets, minor edits, machine adjustments)
  • Perform routine machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
  • Monitor production and make adjustments with guidance from senior operators
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
  • Help troubleshoot issues and identify ways to improve processes
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
