Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Swing Driver to join our team in Tifton, GA. The Swing Driver will be responsible for driving Residential, Roll Off, or Frontload garbage trucks efficiently and safely, covering multiple routes as needed to ensure timely service. This role requires flexibility, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to drive and operate Residential, Roll Off, amp; Frontload trucks as needed
  • Operate company vehicles to service various locations within assigned routes.
  • Cover multiple routes on a rotating or as-needed basis to support operational needs.
  • Load and unload Roll Off or Frontload containers safely and accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and management regarding route status and any issues.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or appropriate driver’s license for vehicle type.
  • 2 Years minimum experience with CDL License
