Installation Crew Member (Playset Installer)
At Swing Kingdom, we don’t just build playsets—we create adventure, imagination, and joy in backyards and communities across the U.S.!
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Full-Time OR Summer Installation Crew Members!
Where is the worksite?
When you work as a Swing Kingdom installation crew team member, the world is your office! We will provide you with opportunities to travel throughout the United States. The main warehouse and office are located in Leola, PA.
What is the Schedule?
Base Schedule — Monday - Friday, between 6am and 5pm**Additional Pay Considerations for Late Night and Overnight Trips, Along with Company Paid Room amp; Travel Accommodations
**Willingness to work on the road with frequently adjusted hours, overnights, and occasional weekends, to ensure timely delivery and installation
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Hardworking and goal-focused, with a positive attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to learn new things
  • Above average Assembly/Building Skills preferred
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset

Working Conditions:
• Field work and Plant Environment with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels
• Office environment with standard climate control.
• Requires frequent stooping, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods of time
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for shows and dealer visit.
Physical Requirements:
• Adequate manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer work and documentation.
• Normal range of hearing and clear speaking abilities for effective communication.
