Position Summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Retail to join our team in Doral, Florida. This is a high-impact role that involves full-cycle recruitment for our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent through social media, professional networks, and partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Perry Ellis International as an employer of choice by leveraging branding strategies and building strong relationships with candidates.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, state/federal employment laws, and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a variety of roles.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse and recruitment platforms.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
