Job description

Looking for a Part-Time Summer Job? Are you responsible and reliable? Can you work from Memorial Day to Labor Day? If you’ve answered yes to these questions, we have a great position for you! We are hiring Part Time Seasonal Pool Attendants for the Summer.

The position has a great deal of responsibility. We have to have an attendant available at all times of opening. All pool attendants are expected to work a regular schedule and alternate weeks “on-call” in which they will be required to cover shifts if someone calls in sick. Pool attendants are also the first point of contact if an injury occurs, and need to exercise good judgment in emergency situations. This is not a life guarding job, but pool attendants still have requirements to enforce pool rules and perform basic risk management. Other responsibilities include checking chemicals, light cleaning, and the morning shift is required to vacuum the pool. You may wear a swimsuit to work and at times may be expected to get into the pool for various reasons. Must be able to physically handle being outdoors for minimum 4 hour shifts in the summer heat, and must be able to lift 30 pounds. If you are up to the task, fill out an application for consideration and we will reach out to you for an interview.
