We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible to provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.
The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service".
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Success in this position will be determined by the technician's ability to perform the following duties consistently:
  • Manage a weekly service route, cleaning and maintaining multiple swimming pools.
  • Test and adjust pool water chemistry using proper chemicals and procedures.
  • Safely handle and transport pool chemicals according to company safety standards.
  • Drive a company service vehicle to customer locations throughout the service area.
  • Utilize a smartphone and the Pool Ops mobile platform to document completed services.
  • Inspect pool equipment during service visits and identify repair or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate equipment repair needs promptly to the office.
  • Maintain proper inventory of tools and chemicals in the service vehicle.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service at every customer location.

Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
  • a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail

No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred
Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
