We’re Hiring – Experienced Fiberglass Pool Construction Technician

Palm Beach County, Florida

$28–$32/hour, depending on experience

Full-Time

Palm Beach Hot Tubs / Sensassion Pool & Spa is expanding its fiberglass pool construction operations in Palm Beach County.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Fiberglass Pool Construction Technician who wants more than just another construction job.

The opportunity

Our goal is to hire someone who can contribute in the field immediately and progressively grow into a leadership position.

Career Path:

Pool Construction Technician → Lead → Assistant Superintendent → Superintendent

For the right person, this is an opportunity to develop from a skilled field position into someone capable of overseeing complete fiberglass pool installations.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you have 3–5 years of swimming pool construction experience and hands-on knowledge in several of the following areas:

• Fiberglass pool installation

• Excavation and site preparation

• Setting and leveling fiberglass pool shells

• Pool plumbing

• Backfilling procedures

• Grading and drainage

• Pool equipment installation

• Reading plans and working with elevations

• Skid steer / construction equipment operation

• Jobsite organization and coordination

Fiberglass experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider experienced pool construction professionals with the right technical background and attitude.
