As a Pool Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced leaders and skilled craftsmen, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of pool construction and renovation. Regular coaching and performance feedback from our Foremen and Superintendents help ensure you continue learning, improving, and advancing within the organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of pool construction, from excavation and site preparation to final installations and winter cover setup.

  • Support renovation projects, including demolition, replacement work, material handling, and jobsite preparation.

  • Accurately record time and maintain daily project logs within JobTread.

  • Safely operate company vehicles and, as experience grows, assist with operating company equipment.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Coastal Pools professionally on every jobsite.

  • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
