What does a swim instructor do?

A swim instructor teaches swimming lessons and oversees activities in a pool. Your responsibilities in this career are to teach water safety and swimming techniques and assist during an emergency if necessary. Your duties have you working with children and adults in a group setting or one-on-one coaching.
