In this unique role, you’ll teach essential water safety and swimming skills in the pool and deliver outstanding customer service on the pool deck. Whether you're leading a class or helping families at check-in, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and rewarding experience.


What You’ll Do:

  • Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided!).
  • Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.
  • Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere — both in and out of the pool.


What We’re Looking For:

  • You love working with kids and making a difference.
  • You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
  • Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
  • Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
  • Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool
  • Must complete our paid swim instructor training.
