Job description

Swig is looking for an Employee Experience Generalist to provide day-to-day Human Resources support with a primary focus on employee relations, compliance, and risk management. This position partners with leaders to address employee concerns, support performance management, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure consistent application of Swig policies and employment practices. The role also assists with EEX initiatives and administrative responsibilities while helping maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
This is a full-time temporary position anticipated to last approximately six months.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Serve as a resource to leaders and employees regarding employee relations matters, Swig policies, and employment practices.
  • In partnership with EEX Business Partner, investigate employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues, documenting findings and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Partner with leaders to address performance concerns, corrective actions, coaching, and employee separations.
  • Provide guidance on the consistent application of Swig policies while helping minimize organizational risk.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation related to investigations, disciplinary actions, and other employment matters.
  • Assist with unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other employment-related requests.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Swig policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal and Operations, on employee relations and compliance matters as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and manager resources
  • Support additional EEX projects and initiatives as assigned.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
  • Knowledge of employee relations principles, employment law, and Human Resources best practices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough and objective workplace investigations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting multi-location operations is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.
