You collaborate with a small team on the technical strategy for how native applications are imagined, built, integrated, and evolved across our platforms. You shape multi-year direction for the team's platform architecture, establish engineering practices that raise the quality bar, and lead the resolution of the most complex challenges - those that span multiple systems and carry broad impact on the employee experience.
You collaborate directly with leadership, and represent the team in cross-functional technical forums. You are expected to grow the next generation of engineers through mentorship, well crafted code, and technical leadership by example.
