Position Summary:

In the Installation & Fulfillment Specialist position, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of large-scale customer projects valued at $15K or more, from order fulfillment through final delivery and installation. You'll protect customer trust, ensure project profitability, and drive a seamless service experience by making informed decisions, embracing change, and using technology to enhance efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with Capital Sales, Aptura, product suppliers, and external service providers to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations and reinforce Direct Supply's reputation.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Manage order fulfillment, warehousing, delivery, and installation to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Protect profitability by enforcing supplier and service provider contracts, reducing losses, and addressing risks before they affect the customer.

  • Improve the customer experience by anticipating issues, responding quickly to order-related requests, and providing clear, actionable solutions.

  • Increase efficiency by streamlining installation processes, cutting costs, and using AI or automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure consistent use of project tools.

  • Improve service delivery by giving direct feedback to providers and Installation Managers and escalating issues early when needed.

  • Support continuous improvement by developing SOPs, participating in department initiatives, and leading or contributing to pilots and process updates.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing, project management, logistics, or installation experience.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.

  • Experience leveraging technology or AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes preferred.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field

  • Project Management certification of interest but not required
