Swift Wash is a modern, express car wash that is seeking hard-working and dependable Team Members to join our growing company.   • Compensation of $18-$24/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!
  • After 90 days, employees become eligible for $20/hour pay and healthcare benefits.
  • Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours!
  • Manager that genuinely cares about you, and is committed to your development.
  • No previous car wash experience is needed - we provide on-the-job training for all Team Members.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
  • Maintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing.
  • Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations.
  • Actively explain and offer monthly car wash membership options to customers
  • Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer system.
  • Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS computer system.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:
  • Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and be willing to execute at a high standard, the Swift Wash way.
  • Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays.
  • Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools, etc.
  • Willingness to follow company uniform and appearance standards at all times.
  • Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.).
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
