Hershey?s Chocolate World requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects team members to be approachable, courteous, be able to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions and provide general information to guests with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
o Must be approachable, showing that our guests are our priority
o Must be willing to listen to our guests and provide for their needs
o Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest
o Must be at least 16 years of age
o Support sales and replenishment team
o Greet, welcome, and extend service to customers while meeting or exceeding service standards
o Assist visitors with the purchase of gifts, candy, and souvenirs
o Restock supplies and maintain a clean work area
o Operate a cash register
o Must maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the uniform standards
o Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
o Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours
o Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 25-50 lbs. with the possibility of overhead lifting
o Requires bending, stooping, and twisting
o Must have UpToDate credentials that the job requires
o Must be able to adhere to the Southern Nevada Health District Food Handling and Sanitation requirements
o Prepare milkshakes, scoop ice cream, memorize milkshake recipes, clean ice cream coolers and food cases, clean utensils and trays
o Prepare Food orders, rotate product, sanitize prep and food serving areas.
o Wash dishes, trays and other food service equipment and tools
