About the Position:
Moore Clean LLC is currently hiring dependable and motivated Night Sweepers for our Dallas, Texas operations. This position is responsible for operating street sweepers and maintaining commercial retail properties, parking lots, and surrounding areas throughout the night.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy independent work, overnight shifts, and operating commercial equipment in a professional environment.
Schedule:
  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Full-time position
  • Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate commercial street sweeping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Sweep parking lots, retail centers, loading docks, and curb lines.
  • Complete nightly routes and service assignments on time.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Use company apps to upload photos, reports, and service updates.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch throughout the shift.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and customer property guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must own and operate a smartphone for work-related reporting apps.
  • Ability to work overnight in outdoor environments.
  • Previous sweeper or commercial driving experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
