About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing treatments to client needs, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean and professional spa environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs 
  • Provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor 
  • Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotion 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas 
  • Comply with all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Completion of an accredited massage therapy program 
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred 
  • Current state license in massage therapy 
  • Liability insurance coverage 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Proficiency in Swedish massage is required 
  • Experience or interest in additional modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Reiki) is a plus — training is provided!
