What is a sweat?

Sweat jobs typically refer to physically demanding work that requires significant manual labor, often in industries like construction, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing. These jobs usually involve tasks such as lifting, carrying, assembling, or operating machinery and are sometimes associated with 'sweat equity'—putting in hard work in exchange for ownership or future benefits. Sweat jobs can be entry-level and may not require advanced education, but they provide valuable experience and skills. While they can be physically challenging, they are essential to many sectors of the economy.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in the sweat production industry, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in the sweat production industry, particularly those in athletic wear and performance apparel, often face challenges related to rapid innovation cycles and maintaining product quality. Staying ahead of trends in material science, such as moisture-wicking fabrics, requires continuous learning and collaboration with research and development teams. Additionally, balancing cost efficiency with sustainable practices is essential. Successful professionals address these challenges by staying updated on industry advancements, participating in cross-functional teams, and seeking ongoing training in new technologies and materials.

Job description

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Employee discounts

Bodenvy is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Operating Partner to lead and grow our newly built-out, high-end med spa location in the DFW area. .
This is a rare opportunity for a proven sales leader and operator who knows how to lead a team, hit revenue goals, manage KPIs, and run a P&L. Background can be retail, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, or another high-volume sales environment. Med spa or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement.
The bodenvy Colleyville location is highly attractive, professionally designed, and already built out. We are looking for the right partner to bring leadership, local market energy, team accountability, sales discipline, and day-to-day operational excellence.

About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional employee management role. It is an operating partner opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in running the business and building long-term value.
The selected candidate will make a minimum financial equity investment of $100,000. This investment is modest relative to the full cost of building out and launching a premium med spa location. The Operating Partner will primarily contribute through sweat equity by actively managing, growing, and leading the spa.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong sales leadership, business operations experience, and industry passion who wants ownership upside in the med spa space but may not currently be in a position to personally invest the seven figures typically required to launch a high-end med spa independently.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the bodenvy Colleyville spa team
  • Drive revenue, consultations, client conversion, retention, and recurring business
  • Own KPIs, scheduling, close rates, conversion, retention, and P&L performance
  • Create a premium client experience from first contact through treatment follow-up
  • Oversee front desk, provider, consultation, and client service workflows
  • Support local marketing, community outreach, events, and referral partnerships
  • Monitor schedules, payroll efficiency, consultations, client outcomes, and revenue goals
  • Maintain Bodenvy brand standards, culture, accountability, and service expectations
  • Act like an owner, not just a manager

Ideal Candidate

  • A proven sales leader who has managed a team and consistently hit revenue goals
  • Background can be retail, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, or any high-volume sales environment
  • Strong closer with the ability to sell, coach others to sell, and hold a team accountable
  • Comfortable owning KPIs, scheduling, conversion, client retention, revenue targets, and P&L performance
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, high-accountability mindset
  • High emotional intelligence, strong client service instincts, and a polished professional presence
  • Med spa or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, client transformation, and premium service

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading sales and managing a team to hit targets
  • Strong closing ability and sales coaching skills
  • Comfortable owning KPIs, scheduling, conversion, retention, and P&L performance
  • Access to a minimum of $100,000 in available capital; if you do not have access to at least $100,000, please do not apply
  • Able to operate in or near Colleyville, TX:  candidates must live within approximately 45 minutes of the spa or self-fund relocation
  • Willing to contribute significant sweat equity by actively operating and growing the business

Investment Requirement

Candidates must have access to a minimum of $100,000 for their equity investment. If you do not have access to at least $100,000, please do not apply.
The $100,000 minimum investment is modest relative to the full cost of building out and launching a premium med spa location. The larger contribution from the Operating Partner will be sweat equity: actively operating the spa, building the team, driving revenue, and growing the business.
Specific investment, ownership, compensation, and upside details will be discussed confidentially with qualified candidates.

Location Requirement

Candidates must currently live within approximately 45 minutes of Colleyville, TX or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Relocation is acceptable, but relocation costs will not be funded by Bodenvy.

Why This Is a Unique Opportunity

Opening a high-end med spa can require a seven-figure investment, significant build-out costs, equipment, hiring, branding, systems, and operational infrastructure.
This opportunity allows the right candidate to step into a newly built-out, attractive Bodenvy location with the ability to operate, grow, and share in the upside of the business through a partnership structure.
For someone with the right sales leadership, work ethic, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial drive, this is a chance to move from manager or sales leader to true business operator and equity partner.

Bodenvy is looking for a hands-on leader who is ready to build something meaningful, take ownership, and grow with the brand.
