Job description

Summary:
Responsible for monitoring contractual obligations and supporting the vendor management and risk monitoring efforts for the Bank.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: One year of experience in contract management preferred. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Functions:
A: Job Specific:
  • Tracks key milestones, deliverables, and obligations/SLAs to ensure all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms.
  • Liaisons with appropriate departments regarding contractual obligations.
  • Sends monthly emails to appropriate departments requesting vendor performance reporting.
  • Tracks delivery of vendor performance reporting from appropriate departments.
  • Reviews vendor performance reporting for any issues of non-compliance.
  • Liaisons with appropriate departments regarding issues on non-compliance.
  • Utilizes platform to capture all comments regarding non-compliance.
  • Verifies and records penalties for vendor non-compliance of obligations.
  • Oversees vendor performances in vendor management platform for Bank-wide obligations.
  • Gathers monthly vendor performance metrics, creates monthly performance reporting for the Vendor Management Committee.
