Qualifications
  • Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • DEA / Controlled Substance Registration (if applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Healthcare Provider
  • NCCPA Certification (required at hire or within 12 months if applicable; required for billing)
  • Additional certifications as required by department

The critical access designation by the federal government ensures access to healthcare services for residents of rural communities. Sutter Lakeside is the only trauma center and certified stroke center in Lake County and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
