On Olsson's Substation & Power Generation team, you'll help design systems that safely and reliably deliver power to communities. Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation.

As an Associate Engineer, you'll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high‑quality project deliverables.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with design, modeling, and analysis of substation projects
  • Support senior engineers with drawings, calculations, and studies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in site visits and construction support
  • Prepare technical reports and project documentation
