Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual...
To join our team as a Program Specialist! Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact. This role will be supporting Iowa residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including qualifying customers for program participation, responding to inquiries from customers and program partners, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports, and other duties as assigned.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation
  • Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery
  • Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications
  • Perform intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Assemble client and/or internal deliverables and respond to client requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for clients
  • Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues
  • Oversee timelines, address system functionality and drive process improvements
  • Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong writing and reporting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion

Targeted Compensation:
$55,000
DOT Requirements
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$48,800.00 - $66,300.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
