Job description

Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Production Associate (Chagrin Falls, OH)
Day Shift (5:45am - 6:00pm) or Night Shift (5:45pm - 6:00am)
4 days on, 4 days off with ability to work overtime
$23.01/hr starting pay + overtime and doubletime and $1.00 night shift premium
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
$100-300 Monthly perfect attendance bonus potential
Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs work as a team with other Take Off associates, Mill Operators, and Extrusion Operators
  • Assures finished product quality by visual alertness to surface defects, measuring dimensions and color check or saving samples for color checking.
  • Records production counts, scrap, downtown, etc. on forms and computer as required
  • Train new employees

Experience & Education Desired:
  • Has the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Has the ability to read, write and perform basic math.
  • Must be computer literate to be able to effectively input data into the Tarkett SAP systems
