Project Manager / Estimator

Land Precision Corporation (LPC) is seeking an experienced Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) to join our team in a key role combining project management, estimating, and professional surveying oversight.

Established in 1991, Land Precision Corporation has more than 35 years of experience providing professional land surveying services throughout Florida. We are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently provide estimating services and manage surveying projects for various types of surveys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate takeoffs with estimates for proposals, budgets, and subsequent project schedules
  • Manage assigned surveying projects from proposal through completion
  • Review project plans, specifications, RFPs, and client requirements to determine scope of work
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Review survey calculations, drawings, plats, legal descriptions, and other survey documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide professional oversight and quality control
  • Communicate with clients regarding project scope, scheduling, progress, and changes
  • Identify potential scope changes and additional services
  • Help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
