This position is based in our outpatient office, which provides a welcoming and conducive environment for both staff and patients. • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions through thorough examinations and clinical assessments.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise, and patient education to maximize recovery and improve mobility.
• Document patients’ progress meticulously, monitoring responses to prescribed therapies and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide hands-on training for patients and their families, educating them on the appropriate techniques for effective self-care and rehabilitation.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop a cooperative multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of health and recovery are addressed.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge by participating in professional development workshops and engaging with the latest research in physical therapy.

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Elite Providence, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors recovering from various physical challenges. Our therapy programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery, and other health complications, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure for Physical Therapy practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
• A proactive, flexible attitude towards patient care and teamwork.

While two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates as we offer mentorship opportunities designed to support your transition into practice.
